All our UK orders are delivered for free
Standard and small furniture delivery
Our standard delivery and small furniture items will be delivered by UPS on a next day delivery service. There are a number of inflight options for you to arrange redelivery at a time or place convenient to you. If they are unable to deliver they will leave a card and you can contact them directly. If you do not contact them within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.
Large furniture delivery
Our large furniture items are delivered by pallet delivery which can take up to 5 days. You will be provided with tracking information once the item is dispatched so that you can see when your item will arrive. Please note that pallet delivery is kerbside only.
International and offshore UK delivery
We are able to make delivery to these locations for standard items and small furniture pieces. Europe - £20
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver our large furniture items internationally.
Our seconds and sample sale items are delivered by Hermes on a 2 - 5 day service. Please also note that dispatch time for these items is longer, up to 5 days.
We offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days for a refund.
Please note that all sales items are subject to a 14 day return policy.
We just ask that you return the item in its original packaging in perfect saleable condition to the address below. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in the package, otherwise we cannot identify it as your order.
We do suggest that you use an insured service as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit on their return to us (and won't be able to refund you).

Faulty or damaged items
Occasionally items are unfortunately damaged in transit. Please do not return a faulty or damaged item to us without contacting us first.
Please ensure you retain the original packaging and take photographs of any damaged packaging and the damaged item. Send these photos to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) along with your order number, and we will make arrangements with you from there.
Please do not attempt to fix the damaged item, as we will not be able to refund or replace these.
